How to change IMEI of any Android phone

In this article, we’ll guild you through the process of changing your Android Phone IMEI number

The process is straightforward and you may finish this in not less than 10 minutes. You'd need to download the following applications before we continue:

MTK Engineering: Download from  goggle playstore

BB IMEI Generator: Download from goggle playstore

Now I'd like to explain each Application's  function above:

MTK Engineering: This is the app that is most important. It is the one that you'll utilize to improve your IMEI from Android to Blackberry.

BB IMEI Generator: This application will help a rim (blackberry) IMEI number and is generated by you FOR-FREE!!.

Firstly , Use the BB IMEI Generator that you downloaded earlier on to produce a blackberry IMEI. Write the number out on paper.

Next , Lunch/ Open MTK Engineering App.  on your Android  phone,  Click on MTK Settings.

Swipe your display to “Connectivity”, Click CDS information

Click on “Radio Information”

This next step is very essential. The option you choose below, depends on WHERE you want to put your SIM. If you want SLOT 1 , click on “PHONE 1”, SLOT 2 , Click on “PHONE 2

You will be taken to an Engineering Mode, where you will change your IMEI number.  you will see a command line with “AT+”.

Now , if you select phone 1 ,  copy and paste this code AT +EGMR=1,7,”NEW IMEI NO”

If you choose phone 2 , copy and paste this code : AT +EGMR=1,10,”YOUR NEW IMEI NO”

NOTE: leave a space between AT and +

Click on “Send At Command”.  If you see a message that says “AT Command Is mSent” its means that everything is correct

 Restart  your Phone and dial *#06# to confirm if your IMEI changed.
